participate! There are just some basic terms and conditions that you must abide by in order to have your work included in the collection and subsequent prints. 1. You must agree to all the terms as set forth in this document to submit your work for consideration. It is assumed that you have read this agreement and that you agree to the terms, once you have submitted your work. You must state in your email submissions that you AGREE to the terms of submission or your art will not be accepted. 2. You grant unlimited license to Sketch Project 12 and Todd Volkmer (the creator of Sketch Project 12), and understand that your submissions may be reproduced in any format that Sketch Project 12 deems appropriate. Your image(s) may be altered and digitized in order to include them into a composition designed by the artists of Sketch Project 12. It is our goal to keep your artwork as close to its original form as possible as long as it fits the design and the final composition. 3. Not all submissions will be used in the monthly poster designs, but may be used in other printed materials at a later date. 4. You will receive NO payment for any work submitted. 5. You will be given credit and your name will appear with your work(s) when they are used in print or on the web. You may choose an alias or to be anonymous if you would not like to not have your name printed with your work(s). 6. In your email submission you MUST indicate that you agree to these terms. You must also include your name, address, age, and alias (if you wish to not be named in any printed works). IF you are under the age of 18 your works will not be accepted at this time. 7. Once I am added as a contributor to Sketch Project 12, all subsequent postings to the project on blogger.com will be subject to these terms. 8. We will not accept images that we deem of a pornographic nature. Artistic nudes may be accepted at our discretion. You may also submit your doodles in old fashioned Snail Mail: toddv |
